My favorite piece of tecnology

In this period of time it is common to use the pieces of tecnology for everything. We can find this in our homes, at work, in the university, in the world. In my case, I prefer my smartphone over the other objects. I got my smartphone in 2019, one year ago. I bought it because when I wanted to take a bath my old smartphone fell from my pocket And it got broken. I use my smartphone to comunicate and speak with my friends, to read virtual books and the news, and I use it to study. Since the pandemia started, I think that is so useful to know about how your family and friends are, and get new information of the current situation. I use the smartphone all day, but the light of the screen makes me feel a little pain in my eyes, so I want to reduce the time in the use the smartphone per day. It is so difficult because I like to use the smarphone very much, I think that it's open a lots of possibilities, but reallisticaly talking it is because of the games. I cann'tmagine a world without my smartphone but I am sure that my sleep cicle would be adjusted.
